Comparing to similar vehicles, per se', taking price into account: Lack of drivers seat adjustability, no driver grab handle, speakers that aren't speakers, lack of reasonable charge capability with USB port, no 110V power in the cab, no Homelink mirror, delivered low in AT fluid, low power engine considering fuel mileage, crappy transmission (value may increase once I have the TSB done)...and the answer is: 5.5 of 10. If I forget about the low ATF then I'll bump it to 5.8. If the TSB fixes the transmission issues, then 6.5. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't buy it unless the price was $5K less. Shoulda bought a F150 or Ram 1500. It's still for sale!!!!!!!!

    I give it a 7/10.

What dings it for me is the weird issues with it. Was really not expecting these issues on a brand new vehicle. Howling differential, vibration coming to a stop, vibration in steering wheel and floorboard at ~2100-2400 RPM, crappy door seals (loud on the highway and now today a couple drops of water actually got through to the seat during a car wash), and a couple other minor things.

The manual transmission and the performance offroad have kept me from jumping ship.

It's a good truck but the mechanical issues occuring now within 6000 miles are what I'd expect from a 5-10 year old truck that I paid $10-15k less for.

I have noticed the anti-lock brakes are over-eager to do their thing. Is that the vibration you experience?

It's a rumbling type of vibration coming to a stop, but I swear I can feel it even when not braking but driving steady at ~15-20 mph. I doubt it is ABS (plus no lights illuminate on the dash). I hardly press hard on the brakes as I usually use engine braking to do most of my slowing down most of the time (I have a manual transmission).
