    I appreciate that may help, but it took me three weeks just to get pictures up, so lets call that a last resort!
    I will feel up there for the washer/bushing a little later..still at work

    Hey, I realize this thread is ancient, but did you ever figure out what the problem was? I'm dealing with the same thing. I'm thinking it's the missing bushing/washer under the spring hat, but just want to be sure before tearing everything apart, again. Thanks.
