My 2005 Tacoma PreRunner recently started making a rattle/flutter sound as I decelerate. Seems to stop after driving a few minutes. It is not always present. I've recorded 3 short videos where you can hear the noise.

It started maybe a month or so after I had the center support bearing replaced to the tune of $1k recently. The old bearing was squeaking loudly at slow speeds. I also occasionally feel a shudder/vibration like I was driving over rough pavement.

Any thoughts what this sound might be? It's a sort of ratatatatat sound.

You need to go back to the garage that charged you 1K for your center bearing support and kick them in the family jewels for overcharging you so much

Can’t really isolate and hear the noise in the video that you are explaining

It is probably an exhaust heat shield loose that they forgot to tighten or was corroded and has failed. Probably related to the work that was done.

In each video it is the "ratatatatatat" sound that is clearly present about 1-2 seconds in. In the 3rd video the "ratatatatat" lasts about 1/2 as long as in the other 2 videos.

I will check but it is not at all clear to me how a loose heat shield would make the virtually identical "ratatatatatatatat" noise that you can hear in all three videos. It doesn't sound like a random rattle that I would imagine a loose heat shield would sound like. Can you point me to a recording online of what a lose heat shield sounds like when it rattles?
