Rattle noise after new shock install

Update; I called and talked to Toytec. My own error. I inadvertently torqued the lower strut bolt while the truck was still up on the lift. It must be on the ground with the weight of the truck on the springs. Toytec was very patient with me and went through every step to be sure the work was performed correctly. I should have known better.
