I need some other ideas to check for this rattle. It only starts just over 60mph, right around 62 to 63. Then it sounds like a rock Is in my tire tread but I have looked at all 4 tires and they are all clean. I also checked the skid plate bolts and all heat shields. All are tight and have no rocks stuck when I smack on them. I have no clue what else to check and I can only recreate the sound on the highway. Ideas???

If you have hammer on wheel weights they can tink on the wheel at certain speeds, check those. Remove catalytic converter heat shields all they do is collect rocks.

Mine used to start at 30 and get obnoxious at 65, they were the ones on the rear lip. Seen it happen on ravs and corollas too

If you have the little flaps bolted to the inside front fender wells... check those. If they get a little loose they will make a nice rattle.
    Just a thought.
    Cheers, Jeff
