Front end has a rattle and vibration. It does not do it below 50 mph but anything between about 50-55 and it starts to rattle and vibrate. 60-70 it vibrates but rattle goes away. It still happens in 4H.
Had brand new Ko2 tires road force balanced put on yesterday and the problem is still there.
Here is a video of the sound

    Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Did it do this before the new tires?

If it didn't it is more than likely either the tires or the installation / balance problem.

If it did before the tires were installed It could be tire balance, wheel bearings, Universal joints / center bearing...

Do you feel it in the steering wheel or the seat?

Steering wheel it is more likely a front end issue. In the seat it is more likely a drive line issue.

    thanks for the reply.
Yes it did this worse before the new tires. I do not feel it in the seat, but I feel a slight wobble/shake in the steering wheel. The steering wheel barely has a shake to it when it happens.
The truck drives perfect anything below 50. This happens at 50 then the front end shakes a little harder once I get to 60 and so on, the metal shake sound goes away though.

When I get to 60 or so it starts to rattle the dash too.

Since it is a 2005 I would be looking at the front end components, alignment, wheel bearings...

On my 98 taco i added aftermarket wheels with ko 31" tires.
After about 2 yrs had a shake around 55mph.
Even with new tires and alignments the shake was there just learned to live with it.
Eventually i got a 2000 Taco put the wheels and tires on it and the shake was still there.
Had a flat repaired and the guy at the tire shop told me the one front tire/wheel was a b##tch to balance.
He said the rim was way off, but he got rid of the shake.

    Could be your wheels

I had a similar shake introduced when I went from stock wheels to fuel. It was very minimal, but noticeable. It was not there prior to the upgrade, so it drove me nuts trying to figure what was causing it. When I added the front leveling kit (1 inch spacer) it went away completely. Not sure if it was because the spacer was added or because things were taken apart and put back together.
