    Sorry to hear that. My experiences with Cochrane have been far superior to my local dealer in Lethbridge. They did my S/C and some other warranty work for me and IMHO the work was top notch.

    I took my door panel off...couldn't find the cause. I'm sure its in the dash

    I know with 1st gen anyway they used some plastic grommets in the dash at the front of it. Apparently over time they can wear and loosen causing a rattle. Ultimate fix is to replace them when you get your windshield replaced. Failing that the foam idea sounds best. Some people have stuffed a big chunk of foam inside their dash somehow. Not recommended with heater and such.

    I have a 14 and a rattle that I think is coming from the passenger front door. Haven't pin pointed it yet. Could be a bundle of wires under the glovebox

    I have a small rattle from the stereo section every now and then and pressing firmly on it makes it go away for a few days.
