Is anyone else hearing a very subtle "rattling" noise coming from SOMEWHERE around where the driver side seatbelt is attached to the roof by the top of the door?

Every time I'm driving and it's relatively quiet, I get this rattling noise by my left ear!

*Sidenote: There's also one coming from the fold down "cubby" by the map lights. Very faint, but it's there and driving me crazy!

On the access cab I had, it rattled by the seatbelt too. I found it was the rubber pad that keeps the buckle off the plastic wall. It has some play in it and rattles.

My access cab has it also and it sounds like it's in the door

I do have this. I can move my adjustable seat belt hanger and it'll stop for a few miles but picks back up. Sounds like a quiet tapping, but right by my ear. Haven't dug into yet, but it's annoying. Let me/us know if you attack this little annoyance. I'll do the same if I dig into it.

Mine is not the buckle rattling, but in the adjustable piece/hanger.

My 16 AC was fixed by the dealership last summer. They stuffed some insulation inside the door and it resolved the problem after they heard it as well.

Yes that tapping right by my ear is very annoying, I guess when I take it in for the rear diff recall, and the howling front lower control arm tsb , I'll mention this also . Man it never ends with this truck.

I wish that worked for me. I'm sitting in the driver's seat with the belt buckled. Minor problem compared to many but a solution would be cool.

Does the access cab have the fold down grab handles in the back like the double cab? Could not find a good image. If so, try tapping on both ends. The non-spring end in my DC would rattle.
