Anybody know what this noise might be?? It only happens when I take my foot off the gas and when its cold out. I've had my timing belt and water pump changed and its still making that noise. If I accelerate, the noise goes away. I tried to post a short vid but site says something extension.

You can manually turn the throttle while under the hood to rev the engine, or have someone else rev it, then look for the source. I guess even with electronic throttle you can still do this.

Without hearing it I am going to guess your center support bearing (also sometimes called the carrier bearing) that goes in the middle of the two pieces of driveshaft.

When I first got my 2000 PreRunner 2.7 with 150K miles on it, it made a noise upon deceleration that was similar to a screeching drive belt. No noise on acceleration. A review of the service records of the prior owner revealed a repeat complaint to Pep Boys of belt noise after water pump replacement and they repeatedly adjusted the drive belts. Turned out to be a bad bearing and a fairly cheap and easy fix.
