Has anybody else had this problem? I'd love to get it fixed. Sounds like a loose bolt but I don't know.

Same here! Happens occasionally not a constant thing for me but when it happens it is annoying.

Have a look at my build --->
Under the passenger airbag is where the ECU hides. Only two little bolts hold it onto the reinforcement bar.

I get that too on cold mornings whenever I turn the wheel a certain way, but it goes away once it warms up inside and I've gotten used to it.

This. Mine were loose and rattling big time. Just tighten em up. I think I just popped the top of glove box out so it hangs down, then you can get to the bolts.

When I'm done it will have a custom fabbed winch bumper and hopefully a Softtopper.
Which air bag are you specifically referring to? Driver of passenger?

my passenger side plastic dash area for the air bag creaks and rattles only when its cold.

If I apply any pressure to the area where the air bag and dash touch it stops.
