RAUSCH CREEK MEET APRIL 9+10th

Hey Rook! I was talking to Kelly today and she said you might join us. That would be sweet! Both rigs look awesome btw.

 

Ha! thanks man! hopefully we see you out there. as of right now I don't know why we wouldn't be able make it. she will be in town visiting anyway.

another goal of mine is to bring our wheeling club together with some other local wheeling clubs...as of right now we wheel often with some of the FJ and jeep clubs in the area. I think this would be a great opportunity to meet and hang out with some of you guys and bring out clubs closer together.

I will also be out at the FJnortheaster event at the end of april. I am good friends with all of the guys over there

opposition to invitin a couple non-tacomas? maybe a couple friends of mine will come. a jeep n a couple 4runners. sunday trail type guys

 

oh god is mantle bringing the runners?

 

dunno if lance will drive all the way down there. brent riggle has a runner. and sachetti would be interested in somethin like this. maybe even bdoff. dont know if you know those guys or not. bdoffs all into rocks n stuff. doesnt have his rig built yet, still workin on it. sachettis jeeps used to gettin the bejeezus beat out of it regularly, as is brents runner.

 

So who's plannin on campin n when are you expectin the be there? Friday night? Saturday morning? Saturday afternoon? Sunday morning? I believe the RC website says you hafta reserve camping spots.

 

I know kelly and I will be coming in that sat morning. what time u guys expect to be on the trails? I think we are going to either grab a hotel room or head down to my buddies place in philly that sat night. If we stay and people are going out for food we would definitley be interested in joining them. Oniels Tavern in Pine Grove is around the corner and has some good food and brew

haha! very well actually. i am one of his trail leaders for ecxc...a huge event he organizes every year. he is a great guy! how do you know him?

 

I was thinking of staying for Friday night to be all rested up for the wheelin' in the morning, but that's just me.

 

I just got back from the windrock meet......ill post up and update some stuff tonight

 

Ah that's pretty cool! I've wheeled with him a few times on trails around Pittsburgh.

 

Looks like I'll be closing on my house within a couple weeks so I wont be making it , this time.

 

I'm down for what ever the general consensus is.. if everyone is camping ill camp, if theres a hotel party and everyone's crashing there, i'll do that.

 

i will be camping out friday / sat night....
its free and i like fire and drink.......

 

ill be getting there early to wheel saturday with kelly...and then we will both be heading down to a buddies near phili after some food/drinks with u guys.
