It got hot enough in the glove box to melt the plastic screen cover on my multi-meter. And to add insult to injury since my phone mounts in front of the vents it was overheating so I couldn't use it for music.

I'm gonna try and clean off the radiator, see how much gunk comes off. I think the coolant was low because it's overheating and bubbling over.

Just replaced 13k miles ago when I did the timing belt. Maybe I got a bum thermostat though. :notsure:
I gotta think back and take note of the dates of trips I first noticed the overheating because I'm not sure if that was before or after I did the timing belt change. It's also gotten progressively worse which leads me to believe it's not one of those since I would think they should either work or not work.

Long ride home last night...My drive shaft took a beating! Probably when I followed down Trail 13, despite my own statements I would not go on that trail! Drive shaft is out, driving a front wheel drive Tacoma for now.....It was "candycaned..." as Scott described..took a hit and corkscrewed off! I'll get a pic up her later in the week...

Where would you go for new "propeller shaft"? Junk Yard? Discount on-line vendor? I'll take recommendations!

I still had a great time!....Have to make some extra money for skids now.....

Hope everyone made it home safely!
