Does anyone have a maintenance interval pdf for a 19 RAV4 adventure? Can't really find one. Just adds saying to take it to the stealer.

The transfer case fluid has a short life. I don’t have the intervals on me, but it’s ridiculously low like 30,000miles and it’s lsd lx fluid I believe. I’ll try to remember tomorrow.

Other than driveline it’s exactly the same as a Tacoma.

Have you done the transmission tsb yet?

Yeah, that's been done along with the fuel pump.

https://www.toyota.ca/toyota/en/owners/maintenance-schedule Canadian, so kms, but they are 100% the same.

    10,000 mil oil change
    30,000 mi transfer case
    30,000 mi brake fluid
    100,000mi coolant
    120,000 mi spark plug

They don't list differentials on any website, it's based on severe service, but should be changed with tcase like any vehicle.

Lastly if you havent had this done, it's a good idea https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2019/MC-10169438-9999.pdf Almost all 19' Trails and Limited's have this complaint.

Left headlight got a hole in it and cracked as well from some sort of road debris.
Any of you all removed one? Difficulty? Installed new one?
Dealer quoted me 900 and change. I can buy new one online shipped to me from a different dealer
    for $560.00.

Resurrecting this older thread because it seems to be the best collection of Rav4 related discussion.

My wife is about ready for a new vehicle and we are looking at RAV4s and Highlanders, both in hybrid. The Highlander is nice, but not sure we can justify the ~$12k increase in price between comparable XLE trim levels. I'm curious if anyone has insight on if inventory has started to improve/normalize? Are we naïve to think that eventually we'll be able to pay MSRP for one of these vehicles again? I'm not in love with the idea of paying a dealership adjustment fee.

Never pay a "dealer fee". I paid MSRP on mine. If it seems all the dealers in your area are doing so, reach out to a dealership in a less populated area and see if they are willing to do business. I'll take a road trip to save money.

Not enough bandwidth on the internet to list.
We'll be 2 years into our RAV4 come February '24. Still absolutely loving it as well as my Taco. When we bought in '22, there was virtually NO inventory. Bumpkiss. As I may have mentioned previously, I was lucky having caught our RAV coming off the truck and unsold. I was essentially doing the transaction while it was going through PDI.

Fast forward to yesterday, I just happened to go by the dealership where we bought ours. Hella load of RAV's on the lot. I didn't stop but inventory across the board looked kinda like the pre-Covid days. I have heard that the dealers are struggling a bit with sales due to interest rates and possibly elevated MSRP's but I haven't bothered to verify that with a visit to the lot. I think I'll do that this week when I'm back near my lot.

Given the extra bucks warranted for the bigger, maybe fancier Highlander, doing it again, I'd still roll with the RAV. You should be able to get a nicely equipped XLE Hybrid. Curious to know about market adjustments right now? I hope that's not a current factor still.

I paid MSRP for a hybrid last year right in the middle of it being the worst time to buy one. It can be done, but it just depends if any of the dealers around you are quality.

I’ve heard rumors that Toyota is starting to catch up on all things hybrid and next year will be a hell of a lot better than the last two have been as far as availability.

I hope this is true. We'll ultimately probably wait until after tax/bonus season in the Spring and then hope to get one.

I was able to negotiate $3,000 off msrp on a 2024 RAV4 XLE Premium. I plan to pick it up today at 2:00, so we’ll see how that goes. It’s not a hybrid.

The same dealership has hybrids under msrp too

… didn’t buy it actually. They promised $3,000 off but when I walked in gave me nothing for my trade then tried to knock $1,000 off the original offer. I walked out
