Slowly going through and draining/filling the fluids in my new-to-me 2017 SR 4x4 w/ 120,000 miles. So far I’ve done the front and rear diffs and the transfer case is next.

The Toyota branded 75w fluid is $102 a liter on Amazon but some searching has revealed that lots of people use Ravenol 75w in their Toyota transfer cases. Has anyone here used Ravenol in their transfer case? Just want to make sure it’s an ok swap if I decide to go this route.

    Thank you!

I ran it for 50,000 miles in my 2010 4Runner with no problems, I'll run it in my Tacoma when the time comes.

I've been using it in my 3rd gen for the past 85K miles. No Issues whatsoever.
