RC crawlers.

Honestly I haven't done a whole lot of crawling with it to really say how good it is. Mostly been flatlanding and dirt and it's just slow in that context.

I just found out Mfab 4x4 already has 3D-printed kits of the 3rd Gen Tacoma body (long bed and short bed). Trying to get added to their FB group so I can figure out how to order it.

 

Just ordered mine. Never done RC before but want to build copy of my Taco. Now have to figure out proper chassis to customize for a Longbed.

 

I want that!

 

Trying badly not to start (re-start) another hobby, but been eyeing the Axial RR10 or other ultra-4 types. Thing I don't like is how hard it seems to find things in a kit to build yourself, everything is RTR. Was also looking at Gmade GR-01 but looks like there's few after-market parts.

 

Not a big fan of g made. I think the rr10 would be a great rig(wish I had got it as my first rig) plenty of ways to make it your own.

 

Ordering tomorrow. I also have to figure out how to extend the wheelbas eon my TRX4 to fit that body.

 

I think most of the time it can be adjusted by the suspension links.

I'm waiting on my tools. Chassis kit will be here in 2wks and body kit in 4wks.
Will be my first rc and building it to scale to match my truck I hope...

 

It is so much fun! I love taking it on park trails. People probably think I'm weird, but I don't care!

 

Next time I go to the park, I might give the rc a break and take this instead!

I got a couple. Been into RC toys for decades now. Want to try something that is alot of fun? Let a friend stand behind you and race it all around while you shoot at it with a 12 gauge shotgun. They explode.

 

Tools have arrived and work area set up. Just waiting on stretch chassis kit to show. Body still wks out. Gonna be a great winter project.
