I was cruising the net today and came across Rough Country's site. Now, I never been a fan of RC, but RC 20056 18.5" compressed / 32" extended shocks for $25 each and free 2 day shipping!

Couldn't pass it up! $25 for 14" travel shock, Had to order and try them. Be here in couple days and report :)

(Other size N2.0 same price too)

originally $40, so they are not expensive shocks anyway but yes curious to hear how well a $25 shock absorber does.

Well I tried them out for a couple weeks. They were very stiff, it took a good bit to get them moving, but once they started moving they were pretty good, kept the tires on the road. I think if you run a lot of extra weight or have really bad axle wrap they could work ok for you. I pulled them off today and put on my Dobinsons.

It was a fun little experiment and I now have yet another set of backups on the shelf, lol!
