    my buddy rich will be wheeling is newly built cherokee with a spotter

    They do have handheld CB's. Not super great, but better than tapping out morse code on the bumper ahead of you with your front bumper.

    leaving the parking lot: I'll try just about anything. i'm not familiar with these trails, so if you lead, i'll do my best to follow.

    i also have a CB.

    got a PA wired to mine. if someone says something important on the cb, i'll switch to pa and let the rest know :D

    not to worry. i think i've only used it twice. once in a parade and once to scare a deer out of the middle of the road when my horn was disconnected.

    ah man that's fortunate. you'll get to miss all the hellish traffic. google maps guesses 3:22 travel time from where work. i'll be lucky to make it in under 5 hours.

    No CB for me yet unfortunately. I have a pair of decent walkies I'll bring in case that's useful.

    I've only been to rausch once before and only on greens. Would like to do some harder stuff if someone else is leading.

    I am going to check the free wood place and see if I can snag some pallets. Only downside with those is i have to take all the nails out of them....:(


    By the looks of it we should have a good sized group. I am trying to finagle a Friday "sick" day. :puke::headbang:
