Next Gen Toyota & Lexus Overland Tailor Tuning OTT tunes are right around the corner. Over the last year OTT has been hard at work doing tons of R&D and testing. We are located in Melbourne right off i95 where we tune daily 8am - 8pm. However we travel weekly throughout Central/North Florida. Here is some eye opening data as we wrap up paperwork for 2024. We swapped 307 enthusiasts (not counting first time tune customers) to Overland Tailor Tuning OTT in 2024 who had another brand tune ($450), plug in device ($325) or "chip" ($125). This is just RC Tuning FL , not counting the nationwide OTT team. Using an average cost of $300 wasted per customer, for a grand total of roughly $92,100. Customers literally through away $92k into thin air. Some of the reasons for the switch were as follows:

- Weren't happy with the results
- No support, no communication or lack thereof
- Issues with product or tune
- Wish they did more homework or research
- Trusted a friend, one group, or one source
- Lost faith or trust in company
- Got tired of paying for fools gold update releases
- Constant excuses

Some of these customers have purchased more than one tune/product over the years, so the money spent/wasted is actually much more. Each time the customer felt disappointed and deceived. You have seen me beat this topic to death but STOP supporting these companies with absolutely no R&D, performance or deceptive data. When someone makes a claim, hold them accountable and ask for supporting facts. Do plenty of research from numerous places and ask for second opinions - weed through the BS. Be aware of reviews/feedback by friends or those related to the company. Avoid groups who take advantage if its members for monetary gains. Say NO to "Trust Me Bro". Stop letting your truck be a test pig. Situations like this are giving the tuning world a bad name. Did you fall into this category? Feel free to share your situation below.

Maggie kit is on our 21 4Runner! Can't wait to experiment with this prototype pulley as Overland Tailor Tuning OTT & RC Tuning FL get to see what this thing can really do. Fuel tank being dropped today to replace the fuel pump. From past experience the stock pump can get pushed to its limits. We'll keep an eye on the injectors as well. We'll be sure to post full details and data along the way along with performance numbers. We realize some "companies" don't believe in R&D and performance data and prefer to mess with vehicles blindly but that's not how we roll here. Facts and numbers never lie.
