Id love to see this. I purchased one right away in "Stock Red" but unfortunately its been sitting on the shelf untouched since I started reading the reports on the colors not matching the dash. I was under the impression that it would. Not the end of the world, but I wanted to keep a stock look.

I posted all the colors in the first post of this thread, with pics. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Got my kit a couple of weeks ago but had to wait for the weather to warm up. Installed it yesterday and it works perfectly. Thanks rcbs204. Don

Mine is done. Works fine. Color is a little off from factory but nothing I'm going to worry about.

working on mine right now, quick question, i ran the wires through the slot after i removed that brown plug. Can i jsut wire directly to the AC wires without having to plug them into the 4x4 plug? i know that im supposed to switch the wires compared to the diagrams, but just checking on that whole plug thing since im not souduring the wires. thanks

also i had to pay 0.58C when it was delivered, whats with that?

I didn't have to pay any extra.

As for the colour difference who cares, it sits next to the hazard switch and is almost the same colour as that

Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!

Ok I waited a day and a half to post this and since no one else did i have to. Are you serious? If you want the "stock" look leave the switch dark, cause thats how it came stock. THANK YOU rcbs for bringing this to us and the hard work and the large monetary investment you made to the project. Always remember, you can't please everyone. Most of us are VERY grateful

Quite frankly, does it even matter if the color is off AT ALL?

I have my seat at least half way back, and the steering wheel still blocks all but the edge of 4LO so it's not like I can see the damn thing and stare at it all night obsessing over the color not matching.

The whole point of this is so you can FIND it in the dark, or your wife/gf/spouse/etc that rarely drives the truck or never uses 4WD can FIND it when needed. If you're going to obsess about the color, do it yourself.

Hey now, calm down. I didnt rail the guy for the color being a little off, I just mentioned the difference and what I was hoping for so dont go jumping down my throat.

I was one of the early ones to make a purchase and with notable thanks to the creator. I think you are WAY off base jumping on this as if im not satisfied nor thankful, so stop trying to lay me out like the bad guy as you are totally out of line.

rcbs for what its worth, I continue to be grateful for your time and hard work on this project as well as sharing your findings with the rest of us. I didnt mean to imply that I was unsatisfied, so I apologize if my finiky-ness made it seem otherwise.
