6% Tint all around, Toyota all-weather floor mats, Toyota bed extender and skid plate, Python 991 remote-start alarm, oem cruise control and class III hitch were all installed within a couple months. I then installed Icon c/o's and Icon's 3-leaf aal with 17x9" GA9's and 285/70/17 Goodyear Duratrac's. The DRL mod was done, as was a custom rack setup similar to the org. cross bars. Blacked out headlights bought online, and a BOSS 1500 under-seat sub installed along with a Pioneer double-din DVD player
Thanks Nuddle, but I'd like to see a shot from further back w/ the rest of the dash lights on. I want to get an idea of what that setup looks like against the rest of the dash. I'm leaning toward the white numbers and amber arrow, otherwise I'll just get all amber.

I got the blue numbers and amber arrow, my thought was the blue would match the hvac temp control. Not so much.

I would recommend getting the all amber.

Although not offered currently, I also think green numbers with amber arrow would match the dash very well, given the light and gear indicator lamps are green. Just a thought rcbs.

So I went to install today and tried the t-tap method although instead of t-tap i just spliced in to the green and green/white wire. In town we don't have radioshack or anything. Anyways it is not working. I was wondering if someone could give some input. I put the light in the switch and pulled the wires through that hole where the brown plug is and then went directly to the A/C lights. Oh and my A/C button light doesn't turn on now too. I must have done I did something wrong?

EDIT: I think I found the problem. Have to switch the wires around.

Let me just preface this by stating that I am far from mechanically inclined when it comes to my truck. However with that being said I had the switch installed in less than 30 minutes! I went the T-Tap route and spliced in just as the instructions stated and it didn't work so I just reversed the wires and it worked! Thank you rcbs204 for all your hard work on this project! It is much appreciated! I went the factory red color.

Just went out and looked at it and the red wire that goes into the harness of the 4x4 switch came out a little bit and i just pushed it back in and it all worked again!

I installed mine this morning using the soldering method. Also used solder behind the HVAC controls versus T Taps.

Great product, great quality, excellent instructions, you must be congratulated for a job well done!!

Thanks, I was a little confused, the ebay auction says stock orange. Might try blue though, not sure which will match the best. Probably red though!

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong. Stock red was the original color that I bought. This matched quite well, fine with me but someone came up with a color that matched exactly and I think that is now stock orange.

Yes Stock Orange is now the color, and it is a perfect match. However, if a customer wants the brighter red one the i will provide that as well.
