    Hey,

I finally have a free minute to install my switch light today!!:D

Im looking at the pics from larryde09's install and im seeing that he has connected GREEN to WHITE and GREEN/WHITE to RED. The switch appears to be working properly. I thought I read in the post that this was supposed to be reversed.....

    so which way is it??

    thanks!

I don't know how hard it is but they give me a tracking number when I buy stuff from Amazon. If I look up where my stuff is it gives a full history. This was a belt for a vacuum cleaner in a small package like you ship.

Well Guys guess what showed up today, at my disgruntled Canadian Customer?
Yep you guessed it. This is a lesson in patience. When it tell you 6-10 days for international, it can actually take 10 days. The gentlemen is willing to remove the negative comment from my ebay listing. He also re-payed me, and assured me that he will return a second unit if it shows up. So the lesson i learned here is i will still continue to ship to Canada, and increase the shipping lead time to 15 days for international.

Maybe that idiot will learn a lesson too. Don't leave negative feedback the day before the ETA you are given. Or here's a thought, expect it to take longer due to holidays, weather, customs, or any other BS that slows down the postal service.

Don't they have a place for a reply where you can state the facts in chronological order ?
I think you can appeal to the ebay people with the facts too.

Yeah, I think you have the option of responding to the neg and explain what happened. I would put in there that the buyer left neg rep 1 day before the package was supposed to arrive, and that you confirmed it arrived. If you have room maybe include you refunded his money, and he re-paid after it arrived. This would be good for you. Neg rep, but it shows how well you handled it.

Piercedtiger has it 100% right for both of you, buyer and seller. CDN post is slower because of two postal services, Customs etc. Mine took longer, even for a US pick up, but it arrived, just as you said it would, Shannon. How about this extra advice: still take CDN orders, but only if payment is made in a CDN bank money order in US dollars. Our money orders are very secure, even less risk than Costa Rica firing a nuclear ICBM at NewYork in the next hour. Good luck with your little business, your superb product, and thanks on behalf of Canada for giving us a second chance.

    Shannon -
Just a note on USPS tracking: it is not in transit tracking as you get from UPS,FEDEX and the like. The only tracking is if the item at the receiving PO or not.

If The impatiant Buyer is any kind of person He/She should go to Ebay and either retract or file a modifying statement to your account; I am pretty sure either buyer or seller is able to do that.

By the way, my switch is great.

So the customer went on ebay and somewhat retracted his negative statement. Should work.

Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!
Sorry, that wouldn't work for me. I would see if you can get it fully removed from your e-bay account.

    Curious George!
You have asked me more than once what my total numbers are.
I get about 95% of my sales from TW. As far as the total numbers i have sold, it is allot. I have also sold to my dealership here in town. Its quite a popular item. It has exceed my expectations for sure. When i first started this project, i thought there would be only a few buyers.
No the TW family are really reliable, have had no problems from the guys on this forum.
    Cheers
    Shannon

57 pages are a lot and I'm a little senile but what the hell it's a bump.
