    Really?!
    I had two other guys, with this as well, and it turned out that it was a solder joint on resistor R7. all you have to do is touch it up with a soldering iron.
    Sorry for the issue, 5-6 failures out of 1000+ isn't too bad i guess.
    If you cannot get it fixed, send her back, I will take care of ya!!
