Looking at getting this kit installed on my truck. I eventually want to put wheels and tires on after this winter. My questions is, can I run the stock Sport 17's on this lift to make it through the winter?

RCD's website states "wheel size of 17” x 8” with a maximum of 4.5” backspacing"... I tried to search the backspacing for the stock 17's but I can't find an exact answer. The best answer I came up with was stock 16's are 4 5/8's backspacing. If that's the case for the 17's, will that difference in backspacing be enough for them to not fit?

Sorry if this has been answered somewhere. First post!

4.5 RCD lift, 295/70/17 hankook dynapro ATMs wrapped around 17x9 helo HE791 wheels, avs in-channel window visors, 20% tint, gibson cat-back, afe dry filter, painted engine cover, sock monkey decals, sickspeed shift knob, wet okole seat covers, weather-tech floor mats, G4 fold-a-cover tonneau, n-fab step bars
stocks will not work with this lift....stocks have a +30 offset and 5.5 bs
you will need at least a 4.5 bs and a negative offset
    The helos i have are 4.5 bs with a -12 offset....hope this helps..good luck

On a side note...the lift is awesome
