I've been through pretty much the most popular suspension options from spacer lifts (Daystar and Revtek), coilovers kits (OME, Icon, Toytec) to a 6" Fabtech Dirtlogic kit.

I have to say, hands down, the 4.5" RCD kit is the best in terms of ride quality, performance, engineering, looks, stance, etc...

We just did the the full RCD installation video yesterday on our main production truck. Here are a couple before and after shots.

Before: 2.5" ProComp suspension (not leveling kit) and 265/70R17 Nitto Trail Grapplers on ProComp Extreme Alloys

After: 4.5" RCD suspension with 1/2" Toytec top plate spacer and Toytec 1.5" rear AAL, 305/75R17 (33.9"x12.2") BFG KM2 on 17x8.5 Method Double Standard Wheels

Full build video coming to our viral Youtube channel:

That's the most reasonable Hawaii truck build I've ever seen. Well done.

Thanks guys. No recon yet... I may need some flares depending on who does the inspection but the alignment will be to factory specs as my UCA's and CV's are close to the stock position. Also, I have no vibrations with this kit, only from the KM2's:D

Looks great! Is this the kit you are talking about? http://www.trucktoyzstore.com/realm/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=2266&idcategory=633

Does this kit require aftermarket UCA's?

You don't need UCAs with a drop bracket lift as it keeps the factory suspension geometry, where a 3 inch lift doesn't

So the word "best" in the topic sentence is meant for looks and comfort and not actually wheeling (I am assuming), since it's a new kit and you have not wheeled it correct?

Correct, haven't wheeled it yet. From what I've read from the RCD forum on here and the other kits they make for other trucks, they're built solid and can handle.

Awesome thanks! Did you do any off-roading with this lift installed? Thoughts?

How is the turn radius on this kit? Heard the fabtech is horrible and was wondering how it was with the different spindles provided?

I imagine the same, the steering stop doesn't change from the looks of the pics unless the RCD kit comes with new spindles.
