With the Eibach springs, you'll sacrifice the smoothe ride of the RCD lift. I'd say try the RCD kit as it comes and see how you like the ride. If you're bent on going up higher, just opt for the 6" Fabtech or Procomp. Bulletproof is also making a 12" insane lift for Tacomas soon to be released.

Thanks flat feet! Still debating on leveling out the front with a 3/4 spacer. It has some taco lean.

anyone know how much trimming would be required to fit LT315/70R17's?
would it be more advantageous to do a 1" body lift and trim less?

I think you may still have to do the body mount chop with 315's. Not sure though. I'm running 305's and it slightly hits the body mount area when wheeling.

doing the body mount chop is no problem :)
at full crank while flexed do you rub anywhere? how much space do you have around the front bumper? some unknown retard backed into me yesterday so i'm now looking for an excuse to buy a relentless fab front bumper :p

Picture is kinda dark nut this is what i had to trim for my 305's. No rubbing whatsoever now. So if you look close, i had to trim about 2" of plastic and about an in off the bottom of the fender flare. So a 1" body lift plus 315's might still have some trimming to do but not much. Also depends on your wheel specs.
By the way, I was in your town a month ago. Did an Alaska cruise and stopped over in Vancouver for a few hours, nice city and I saw a few Tacomas!:canada:

Your lift is pretty good as is man! But i know what you mean! I just saw someone put some custom Fox coilovers on this kit with Fox 2.0 in the rear. Looks sweet!
