Looks mean! I just bought the exact same truck. Only difference is I put a Snugtop camper shell on it. I'm looking forward to putting the RCD on

You don't need to worry about the RCD spindles being week there plenty beefy and strong. When you get yours you are going to think how tiny and week the stock spindles look and feel in comparison.

Think about ordering some longer break lines before the install so your not bending the tubing on the front and rear to fit. Thats the only thing i wished I had known before the install,
Make sure you have a 12mm allen wrench on hand your going to need one.
If you don't have a compressor and impact gun skip the step of removing the calipers until you remove the axle nut so the breaks can be used to assist in breaking the nut loose.
Just an observation I made while installing if your going to do the install yourself.
There is also a link to a write up earlier in this thread that maybe helpful to you, I think its back in the 30 page range.

Just ordered the Dakar springs, 1 1/2 blocks and Icon rear shocks from headstrong Offroad.
If anyone is looking into upgrading your rear shocks they have a few left with and without reservoirs that will fit with the RCD lift. I paid $650 for the shocks with the res that includes tax and shipping and it would have been $433.88 without the res.
Talked with Marie who sounds very knowledgable about our trucks and off road options, She is now in the process of contacting RCD for measurments and Icon about front coil overs to replace the front shocks that came with the RCD Kit. I will post the info as soon as its past onto me for those wanting to upgrade the front.

Do the front Bilstein shocks that come with the RCD kit adjustable like their 0-2.5" shocks with c-clips? Wondering how the suspension is adjustable from 4-5"?

The front shocks aren't adjustable at all. When the kit fist came out I believe they were but now it is just a longer 5100 bilstein shock with one setting which actually puts the front at about 5" of lift.

RCD has a kit that comes with Fox 2.5 remote reservoir shocks for the front and Fox 2.0 non-resi shocks for the rear. The price jumps up about another $1,500 though. I have this kit being installed right now and should have the truck back later today. The Fox Kit is part # 10-47405-F.

Leadfoot offroad was offering the RCD with the fox setup for $2500 when I got my kit but didn't want to pay the extra $700 just to turn around and replace with Icons they also said the fox weren't really adjustable.
Installed my Dakars and Icon rear shocks with 1.5 blocks on tuesday and the ride is supper nice.
Icon said there coil shock for the fabtech or pro comp 6" lift should fit the RCD kit but hasn't been tested yet, looks like I'm the guinea pig.
    Bilstein measurements
    collapsed 21.5
    extended 27.0
    Icon
    collapsed 21.75
    extended 26.75

I contacted them about this and was told they could no longer offer the kit at that price.

Not sure what they meant by that......

Just got my RCD kit installed this week. I went with the Fox upgrade, an Allpro Expo leaf pack with a 1" block and extended brake lines.

How do you like the all pro leaf pack r they stiff?
I went with the dakars and couldn't be happier and did the 1 1/2 rear block but it does sit slightly higher now but not much maybe its going to settle a little if not the Icon coil shocks will level it back out

The Allpro Expo pack is definitely stiff. I had Dakars on my last truck and they were stiff, but not as much as the Allpro.

My expos I don't think they are bad at all. I had the allpro stds and then the expos and wasn't much difference in ride to me at all. Try throwing some weight in the back to help break them in.
