Does any one have any recommendation on what springs to use with the extended bilstein on a 07 DCLB sport 4x4 with aftermarket front bumper, winch, sliders and camper? Im considering the following springs: eibach 521600 (2.5" lift), eibach 112620(1.6" lift) and ome 886 (? Lift). I currently have the basic Fabtech 6" lift spacer on factory sport shock/spring with 295/70/17 Cooper Discoverer SST PRO. Just want to replace the spacer setup on a budget. Thanks.

I have no experience with ProComp lifts, but I'm running the RCD lift with Eibach 620 springs. With the RCD drop brackets, the bilstein struts give exactly 5" of lift. I got exactly 6" of lift with a US Offroad hidden winch mount and winch with my setup. If I remember correctly, the ProComp gives slightly more drop than the RCD, but not much. I can measure the exact amount of drop my RCD drop brackets give if that will help you out.

Wobble, yes if you can provide measurements and I’ll compare to what I have now so I can decide on which to get. Thanks.

With the Eibach 620 springs and RCD billies how are your front angles compared to the 3” setup on your previous truck? Since your drop is 4 1/4” the angles would be equivalent to about a 1.75” lift from stock height right? Are you happy with the ride of the 620 springs with the RCD Bilsteins?

Definitely better angles than my previous 3" lift. I've been fairly happy with the ride.

Here's a pic of the angles:

Well im reviving the thread a bit lol, so the shop i use is installing the rcd kit right now, unfortunately alot of things has happened. My buddy was tightening down the strut nut with a wrench and the nut gave out and stripped the strut threads. So i called wheelers offroad where i got it from and they were working with rcd to get a result asap. So my buddy was talking to rcd also and he found when he was putting up the cross member and tightening down the lca he found that the bolt had alot of wiggle room in it and seemed like it was missing a nut or something inside. So i called rcd to find out what is going on. Mind you its starting to get late here in ct and the time for ups pickup was closing soon so im trying to get a strut warrantied out and overnighted so at least i can get the truck on the ground and move it outside for a few. Needless to say i had to buy another strut and pay for overnight fees for it and what do you know it didnt show up today, i paid overnight for nothing. So today i was back and forth with rcd and the offroad shop i use to get a fix on this. So after all this and pictures and emails and all the bs they deemed that it was a factory error and they will send one out but i wont show up til monday. Im like listen im pretty frustrated right now cuz now i have to pay out of pocket for a rental car and they wont help pay for some of the labor cost to swap the cross members. And ontop of that i dont think they are refunding me the money for the strut and the overnight shipping cost

Sorry for the rant but been pretty pissed about it

Bummer man. Hope you get it figured out. The kit is stout and it rides better than stock IMO.

How much did the alcan leaf pack cost? How does it ride compared to the block that comes with the kit?

Regarding your question, I believe most extended assemblies (e.g. Kings, Fox) will work with RCD. They used to offer an option on extended coilovers rather than the extended 5100.

So after all the mess i got my truck back on friday, feels alot better and looks more proportional on the truck. Quick question for you guys does the factory skid plate bolt back up to the truck or does anyone have a different plate they run?

I’ve heard people buy theirs through wheelers Offroad, among other places.
