    Hi All,

This is my first post on here, so apologies if I am doing anything incorrectly. I recently purchased an RCI Low Pro bed rack for my ROAM Vagabond RTT. When trying to install it, I noticed that the mounting hardware carriage bolts that were supplied with the rack do not fit into the Z-bracket. Has anyone else had this experience? Attaching pics.

I have sent an email with these pictures to RCI and have requested they send new mounting hardware (assuming they sent the incorrect set), just waiting for a response back. Any input is appreciated.

Update: Customer service did not help at all. I had to go to the hardware store 2 times to get a 3/8" steel drill bit, 3/8 inch hexbolts(1 inch in length), and 3/8" nuts. 6 of each. I requested that they send new hardware, which they did, but it was still incorrect. I had to drill out the holes of the rack a small amount to get the carriage bolts to fit.

Overall, I do not recommend buying from RCI. Luckily I purchased the rack for 25% off.
