Hey everyone! Sorry this thread went kind of stale but there is a reason... RCI got a 2016 Tacoma!
Stay tuned for a much more comprehensive build of the new truck which will be decked out RCI top to bottom and front to back!

Oh and ps, to anyone interested... this truck swap means our Demello front bumper, Smittybilt winch, spidertrax spacers, and complete set of armor including sliders and diff skid are now for sale, preferably local pickup. Nothing is more than 6 months old and all are near flawless.

    Thanks!

Thread revival.... Are you planning to fab up a hidden winch mount for the 16, mine will be here next week and from looking at the space behind the bumper (at dealership) it looks like I can mount my Warn M8000 inside and dremel an opening for a hawse fairleed on the lower lip/bumper section? I just can't put a bro dozer on this rig. We'll see what ARB comes out with but until then? Thanks, J

Hmm that's not a bad idea hidden winch is always cool. Not sure if that's something we will do or not but we are always open to ideas depending on the demand

Oh and on a side note.... We went with the 315's ;)

Should have full armor installed next week, just wanted to get the lift, tires, and alignment done first

Yep! We installed a full boss kit with the 2.5 front coilovers and the reservoir shocks on the rear. Total Chaos UCA's as well. Note that we did have to cut about 1.5" off the inside edge of the body mount as well as a fair amount off the plastic fenders, and a solid flattening the pinch seam. So far no issues with rubbing what-so-ever but we will report back after we start to push the truck a little harder.

Alignment will be done this afternoon and full set of aluminum skids going on tomorrow possibly? I'll post pics

Also, itching to get bumpers on this thing but as of yet we are in limbo as to whether or not we are going to fab these in-house for this one...
