RCI Offroad Fall 2017 Group Buy *CLOSED*

This isn’t my first rodeo. I type TWGB15 into the coupon code box and hit apply. Then I get a message saying “We've found the best discount possible using the coupons you entered. We discard the coupon that did not increase your discount: TWGB15”

 

In case it wasn’t obvious, I was kidding (I’m having the same problem).

 

Discounts are as stated above, and in the first post.

Sounds like you have a discount code stored on the site. Make sure any discount code is removed, and then try applying it again. I received that same message, and that was my problem. You'll also get that message if you're not using the code and product combinations.

Keep in mind that sliders can't be discount at the same time as skids is the skids are over $800. Bed racks purchased with skids together will only receive a 15% discount. Skids purchased alone will get a 15% or 20% depending on amounts.

Skids - purchase alone for 15%
Bed Rack - purchase alone for 15%
Bed Rack & Skids - purchase together for 15%
Skids - purchase alone for 15% & 20%

I thought that was the problem as well, but I tried starting from scratch about 10 times and still no luck. It did recognize the TWGB20 code though by saying that I had to spend 800+ to use it.

 

What are you trying to purchase? Skids are the ONLY thing that received both 15% and 20%. The bed rack, and sliders will only receive a 15%. Sliders need to be purchased separate from everything to get the discount. Bed racks can be purchased alone or with sliders for a 15% discount only.

 

It was only a front skid so I used the 15% code. I’m just going to call them to make sure they remove the discount.

 

The front skid by itself will only get the 15% discount. The 15% code is for under $800, and the 20% code is for over $800.

 

I know, that’s why I didn’t use the 20% code

 

I see what you're saying now. The new style skid is not pulling anymore, but the old style is. Just contact RCI, and they'll get you taken care of.

Sorry guys! I just got that fixed. I will refund the discount amount to anyone who had that issue.

 

First set of armor I purchased. Greatly appreciate the discount codes. I really hope to purchase the rest of everything from RCI as well, skids wise. First trail this weekend and my OEM Off road Skid is gouged up. Dont see it lasting much longer.
Question: the fuel tank skid: Does the 2017 Off-road have the straps to hold the skid as stated in the description?

whats everyone's thoughts on the additional support braces for the transmission skid ....to brace or not to brace?

It was $25 so I just went ahead and got them. If your getting steel, I don't think you need them. I could see them being useful for the aluminum though. Again, it's $25 so if that's the price knowing I have the strongest Transmission skid on the market, so be it.
