RDA Group - Tacoma Purchaser Research Study

Anybody heard of this "RDA Group"?

I got a letter from them asking me to participate in a survey about my 2014 Tacoma.

So being curious, I went online and did it (took 30 Minutes) and I captured some screen shots:







it was a rather long survey and I took every opportunity to suggest how to improve the Tacoma and I asked for a Diesel engine option and heated side mirrors.

I captured probably another dozen screenshots, but didn't want to post unless y'all wanted them.

Got one in the mail after I bought mine.

Went to the trash with all the other surveys I get. Seems like every time I buy something or have it serviced I get a survey. Feck that.
