    Two questions:

Does the factory head unit (JBL system) have RDS?

    AND:

Does anybody have video of the blue tooth system in action? I watched a friend use it in her 2010 camry with nav, and while it worked great (why can't the taco have factory nav???) it took forever to get to where you want to be thanks to the prompts.

So does somebody have video of the blue-tooth system, so I can see how it's implemented in the Tacoma?

I don't listen to the radio but I am pretty sure it does not have RDS.

The way you describe the bluetooth in your friend's Camry sounds exactly how it is in the Tacoma. It works excellent but there are a fair amount of steps. Once you use it for awhile you can get through it pretty quick. It's basically push to talk and say the command to either dial by name or dial by number. Push it again and say the name or the number and then push the off hook button. It's quite simple.
