    Stuff. Also things.
The UG has a distance calibration that you can do (which I haven't done quite yet). My understanding is that it corrects the speedo regardless of the tire size and the speedo gear that's used.

You basically line up your front tires with a mile marker on as straight of a road as possible, and then drive fairly fast for at least three miles. It'll be interesting to see how well it works.

If you have trouble with the straps tightening them selves as you walk, soak and scrub them with simple green. Be sure to get the areas that are usually inside the sole extra good. They coat of the straps and some kind of wax that lets them slide through the sole. I was about ready to throw mine in the river at first because they would strangle my big toe. Ha ha.

No. I prefer to keep my feet ready to kick ass or run. I'm just good at recognizing great ideas and congratulating thinkers with an extra exclamation point. Great job!!

Interesting. The +7% setting on the scangauge corrects the speedometer function even though these tires are 17% larger than stock. This is varified by two GPS units. Apparently, the speedometer was wayyy slow from the factory. Good job Toyota.

Since swapping wheels, I've been having some pretty annoying balance issues from about 50mph and up. Dropped the truck off at discount tire this morning to have the dynabeads removed and the tires road force balanced.

    :fingerscrossed:

Road force balancing was successful. So much so that I can feel my driveline vibe again. Had been masked by the wobbling steering wheel.

nice. On saturday, a tireshop here said they couldn't do a force balance because my tires were too big.

Had two different firestones tell me the exact same thing, before going to DT. There is a shop locator on Hunter's (company that makes the road force machine) website.

    http://www.hunter.com/wheel-balancers

The shops that told me they couldn't do it had the "touch" model. The one that did it had the "elite". Not sure if that actually makes a difference on how big a tire they can do or not, but you can search by balancer model on their locator function.

we have the hunter hammerhead. It has a touch screen, laser sights for lining up weights, etc.... i've never had an issue doing mine, and i though that Daniel's did decent considering that they are a bit larger.
