I measured my mileage on the first tank of gas with the 255's. 19 mpg adjusted for the effect of the larger diameter tires on the odometer. I couldn't believe it. Ha Ha. 4 banger FTMFW!

i hate alignments. I just did daniel's..... it was going great, everything was in the specs i put in..... then the print out had completely different caster numbers than the screen. So we re-did it.... then the machine decided to say "fuck you" and read backwards. So i re-compensated it and redid the caster sweep measurement.... still reading backwards.

    Fuck our alignment machine

I'm sure you're better than the dude who gave me 3* caster on the passenger side and less than 1* on the other.

He was missing his left eye. Coincidence?

    Pinch weld mod time.

This was a very simple task. Maybe 30 minutes start to finish. I used a razor knife, big adjustable wrench, and a BFH.

Cut the plastic fender liner to reveal the pinch weld.

Bend the weld over with the big wrench.

Flatten it out with the hammer. I taped a rag around the hammer so it didn't mess up the paint so bad.

Despite my efforts, I boogered up the paint a little so I hit it with a rattle can.

Went out and played around a little to see if I have the rubbing issues fixed.

The fronts clear beautifully except a very minor frame rub at full lock. Not worried about it. The rears will rub the flare bolts when completely stuffed. I'll replace them with flat head screws.
