Rings are removable I have to remove mine every time I polish them (once a year.. I probably should do it more often) it is always work to shine them up I was thinking of getting them powder-coated at some point but I like the old-school look a lot.

    Damm those look nice.
I use this stuff called white diamond to clean them up. I did the mother’s when I got them in 2012 wow it’s been a while.
Did all 4 wheels in a day in the living room it was too cold out here to do it in the garage. Old lady was not impressed but I was!!!
I paid 125$ for all 4 with semi spent but inspectable 265/75/16 bfg KO’s mounted and balanced ready to use. I also could move up to a 265 with them and see how it fit.
I’ve been thru like 7 different wheel tire set ups and I don’t believe I’ll give them up.
I have 3 sets now and am thinking the bronze trds will go but these stay and become summers.
The first winter I used mother’s California gold and it did not last thru the winter. They oxidized pretty good after the wax wore out. I’ve since used turtle wax ice or any good syn wax should do the same. They have actually been easier to maintain then my fake bead bronze trd summers and I stress less also.
Looks like you’ve done some work to your ride nice suspension parts showing.
