    I suggest cutting some sort of hole in the front to allow air thru in the front tho, wrapping in around the sides slightly, maybe a mount on the side of the frame rails, and some more gussetting.

    You're definitely on the right track tho:cool:

    Edit: Make sure you have enough room under the lights/fender so that the frame flex doesn't cause it to come in contact!

    If you are building it for off-road protection, make sure the bumper is wider than the fender flares. :) And gusset the bottom of each "wing".
