Reading light mod?

When I had my DVD unit installed, the factory dome light was removed since the unit has it own LED lights on it. The problem is that the lights now only light up the rear seats and not the front due to their location on the unit.

Question...Is there a way to have the front "reading lights" come on when the doors are opened and operate just as the dome light did?

It is easy to do it, but just make sure you got everything before you take everything apart! I do mind too.
