Ready to start exploring with my dog in my new 4x4 Taco!

    Just bought a 2019 Tacoma 4x4 last weekend so I can get out and explore far away from the majority of the San Diego population ;) This is my first 4x4 so I'm looking for any recommendations on beginner trails in southern CA and cool groups to join to meet new friends for weekend adventures.
    One of the main selling points was the feature of being able to fold the back seats flat and have a hard area to put my German Shepherd since he is always traveling with me. Now that I have the truck and am playing around with different setup options, I'm a bit concerned about the metal seat brackets that stick out from both the bottom of the lower seat as well as the back wall of the cab. Any ideas on how to cover these with padding, or cool setups to share would be much appreciated.
    Can't wait to see where this truck takes us!!!
