Have a 99 Xtracab with TRD package, has 130K on it and still has the original OEM shocks (inherited from dad).......I use it for hunting and to haul wood from time to time....from the threads I've read I should be good to go with 5100s in the front and back, like these:

    http://www.suspensionconnection.com/view-cat/toyota/tacoma/1999?category=bilstein 5100 shocks

Just making sure before I pull the trigger on them, anything I'm missing? I take it I should also replace the coils in the front, should I go with OEM or Eibach? Should I do rear leafs? If so what's a good recommendation or are Dorman's good enough? Thanks!

Bilstein 5100's front, Bilstein 5125's rear
If your not gonna lift the truck, go with 5125's in the rear. The 5125's are a direct replacement for the OEM shock.
