    Doing more research...getting the impression they aren't worth it (cheaply made).

    Thanks for the recommendation on the Pioneer.
    I don't think my future player will include a DVD/CD player.

    Sounds like that old adage still applies, you always get what you pay for :)

    Especially true when you're dealing with these "no name" brand POS's. A customer had a joying head unit installed and loved it, he then had us put one in his sisters vehicle. After 6 months she came back and bought a kenwood navi unit and paid installation again.

    Personally I wouldn't install anything other than a Kenwood Excelon headunit (2 yr warranty) on a a friends or family members vehicle.

    3 inch lift, 33”toyo tires, xd rockstar wheels auxbeam 32” light bar, spyder drl headlights, pioneer 1400 nex head unit.
    I have the pioneer 1400 nex it’s about $350 and I love it especially using it with car play
