I'm going to an OHV park for the first time this weekend....not planning on going crazy or breaking anything. I have a question though...
    2010 SR5 Tacoma 4x4 DCLB

I dont have DAC or A-TRAC. All I have is regular H4/L4 4wd, an RSCA OFF button (read about that in the manual, I understand it's use) and traction control off button.

I've searched all over, read a lot, but I'm confused by all the info for the different functions available in different packages and their various uses.

Should I leave my traction control off while offroading? I think that turns on auto LSD but I'm not sure? Does it's functionality change when switching from 2wd to 4wd?

You can turn the traction off and turn the airbags off too. If you hit a certain angle the rsca will go off. On the traction button a long hold turns off the traction and LSD. A short push turns on the LSD.

You can turn the airbags off? I thought only the passenger side front airbag was capable of that?

The roll sensing curtain airbags on the sides can be turned off with the button on the dash next to your mirror adjustment.

Roll sensing curtain airbags. Doesn't shut all of them off, only shuts off the airbags deployed when the roll sensor is activated....I think the idea is in more extreme offroading situations the roll sensor could activate the airbags due to the steep angle the truck is at. Turning them off avoids that.

    All other airbags remain operational.
