So I had my neighbor following me today and he tells me my truck looks like My thrust angle is way off, and my truck is dog legging to the right....
It steers straight, but steering wheel has been slightly tilted to the right since I had the dealer do a spacer lift on it a couple years ago..

So I pulled the tape measure out and sure enough, I have about a 3/4" difference between left/right when measuring the distance between the back of my tire to the inside of the fender well. (one side is shifter farther back)
Truck has never been wheeled or in an accident. I also crawled under it and measured about the same difference between the axle and end of bottom leaf spring, on the left/right springs.

I pulled out the alignment sheet from when the lift was done and is shows a +1.24 degree thrust angle...

I tried searching threads, and it seems this is WAAAAAY out of spec.

trying to educate myself more before going into dealer, but from what ive been able to read doing searches, is that there really isnt an alignment for the rear ends, and this problem is usually frame damage/bent frame related?

Any pointers or ideas? Ive read that maybe taking to a body shop vs dealership for this type of issue?

What have you hit? Off roaded? How many miles since the lift was installed?

When was the lift done? Who installed the lift?

Did the dealer install the lift and align your truck?

Maybe the dealer bent one of your leaf springs or the centering pin at the spring perch

It sounds like they didn’t get the center pin back in its position when they put the lift on.

Following up to close out my issue.

Took the Truck into local Les Schwab and told them my issue.
They put the truck up on the rack and took a look at the rear leaf packs.
Pulled off the U bolts and dropped the axle to discover the Toyota Dealer that installed my lift put my leaf spring alignment pin thru one of the honey comb holes in the lift block instead of thru the center alignment hole... Thus shifting my axle forward on the one side....

Then they did an alignment and my new Thrust Angle is 0.01 degrees
Like magic the truck tracks straight now.

    "dealer installed"

    Perfect.

lol. Glad it's fixed. Hate it when any shop does fucked up stuff like this. At least when it's your work you can just do a quick look left, then a quick look right, and if no one saw it, fix it. If someone saw it, you have to wait until they go away.

This is why everyone should do all work themselves on their trucks.
