rear axle shim and torque on u-bolts

    My 3 degree shims just showed up. I hope they fix my vibration at low speeds (20 MPH).
    I was told that the U-bolts can't be reused because they stretch. Is this true of all U-bolts or only factory ones?
    These are the aftermarket U-bolts I'm currently using:
