I’m putting extended brake lines on the rear getting ready for leaf springs. Is there any modifications anyone has done to the rear brake line bracket above the axle. It’s a pain to work with

I didn't do a modification of the bracket but I did manage to unfasten the bracket from the frame, and that made it a little easier to work on that junction.

There are two 13mm bolts that can be accessed from inside the rear wheel well. Removing those two bolts will allow a lot more movement and access so that you can replace the flexible brake lines. I also found that by jacking up the rear of the truck very high, and removing the spare tire, that will allow you to sit upright under that space and give you the ability to work on the brake lines.

Here is the bracket and the welded nuts that accept the bolts (near the top left corner of the photo). The bracket is unfastened from the frame.

Some of the braided lines seem to have a slightly wider slotted end than stock so I had to file the bracket inside to get the lines to "lock in" the bracket and not rotate.
A dremel would be quicker. Hope yours drop/fit right in.

I had the same situation with the Crown Stainless Steel braided lines, which I used on the rear lines and the clutch slave cylinder line. The ends of those lines terminate in a hexagon shaped flat plate which does not fit properly in the OEM bracket slot. Those slots have a flattened side on two of the sides. At that point you have three options, two of which muddog suggests. The third option is to use an 18mm open end wrench to hold the hexagon shaped flat plate which threading in and tightening the tube nut from the rigid brake line. The U-shaped clip will then hold the junction securely in place.
The StopTech lines that I used on the front lines had the correctly shaped ends which fit right in to the OEM bracket openings.

Any link to just buy this hardline? And any link to a spare tire tool. Like a heavy duty one not just the factory one?

Is it the hard line to which the blue arrow is pointing or the hard line to which the red arrow is pointing?

Both of those are factory only parts, but you can make those lines from brake line tubing and fittings as those particular lines are easily accessible and easily routed (as opposed to some of the brake lines on the front firewall). The only bend that will be a little more difficult is the bend immediately coming off the junction with the bracket, in each case.

Are you aware that you can get that bracket unfastened from the frame?
To remove the bracket, you have to loosen two bolts which are located on top of the frame and can be accessed from the wheel well of the left rear wheel. It's the two bolts on the left in the photo, immediately to the left of the one rusted, separate bracket and bolt. You can get those off with a very short (shallow) 13mm socket or with a 13mm box end wrench.

Here is the view from the inside, showing the two threaded holes (top left corner of the photo) after the two bolts have been removed, with the bracket dangling below and only connected to the old flexible rubber brake lines.
