    Removed from my TRD OR at about 1500 miles. Nice shape, no cracks or chips. $140 plus shipping or pick up in NY 12561. These are about $300 from Toyota.
    I should add that these are for bumpers without backup sensors.

    I do have the tow package and no I did not have to take the hitch off to swap them. It would have made it a little easier but definitely not necessary. I think it really depends how mechanically inclined you are. I used some very long nose pliers to squeeze some of the clips on the center plastic cap (it has to come off to get the bumper end caps off).
