Rear bumper bolt size - any tips as I swap out stock for an All Pro

I was crawling under the truck this weekend, hitting the 4 bumper bolts that attach to the frame with PB Blaster.

Seems like they are 19mm, but I noticed the "nuts" that are inside the access holes are rusted to the point that the socket isn't quite a perfect fit.

Just wanted to validate if anyone had tips for attacking those bolts, did you hit the nut with the impact wrench since those are "inside" the frame access hole?

I am going to drop the spare since it seems to be in the way. Any tips would be appreciated.

It's been a long time, and forgive me if this is mis-information, but IIRC, those nuts are welded on. All you have to do is remove the bolts and reuse them with the new bumper.

X's 2^^^^^ those two front most bolts have the nut welded in place.

 

Thanks - I got it removed tonight - 2 bolts had welded nuts to the frame and the other two weren't - front most have welded in and I could see that there was anti-seize on them and the rear most are just a bolt and a nut.

The welded in were a cinch, the nut/bolt were a pain but the rear bumper is off!
