    Does anyone sell something like that? I want to build a rear bumper for my truck, but would like a decent starting point like some brackets that bolt to the frame..

    Or am I just gonna have to make my own?

    just use your stock rear bumper brackets, theyre plenty stout, and give you factory bolt holes already....
