Looks awesome Tim. I'm sure you've mentioned it previously, but what price were you considering?

i think i said $500 for the base for the group buy and that will include shakcle points and highlift points. additions will be available like recessed light holes (round or square), wrap arounds, and 2" receiver. haven't determined the cost on the additions yet but they'll be posted once i get everything worked out

Definately liking the wrap around design. Thanks for the picks.

When you get the opportunity can you do a close-up of the frame brace/mount for those side plates? I can see it a little bit but its kinda in shadow. Just want to see the detail. Thanks Man. Nice job.

    Thing looks pretty beefy :D

I just don't know if I can wrap my head around a plate bumper. As good as this looks, I've got some strange bias towards tube rear bumpers.

I love plate fronts and tube rears. Don't ask why, I really couldn't explain that one myself.

But Tim's rear is sexy as hell. That's really the only way to describe it.

Edit: rear bumper.. not Tim's rear

Yeah I'm not a fan of tube bumpers you can see to much stuff that is spouse to be hidden by the bumpers. The plate bumpers are more streamlined with the body line so they don't look as out of place as a tube bumper.

I don't think rear bumpers really show all that much, at least from what I've seen. The front tubes bother me, because I think they look somewhat tacky.

I cant really tell from the pics, but is the hidden hitch going to be as strong as a normal 2" reciever?

It wasn't installed in the pics. And from what Tim says it's going to be stronger.
