Rear bumper mat removal

    Hey everyone, just a little help removing my rear step pad. I got rear ended and trying to replace the step pad. I tried taking the piece off by removing the round snap on clips and few clips underneath however, couldn't see any access to the other clip on locks to pull the part off...Will I need to remove the whole bumper?? thanks.
