    Still in planning phase ...
So currently looking for a aftermarket rear bumper. But looking for one that has the following criteria.

    1. Built in hitch.
    2. Clearance between the top of hitch and tailgate down must be at least 6.25".

So far only ones that look like they may work are non-high clearance one from 4X Innovations and Trail Gear Rock Defender.

I am leaning towards the Rigd Ultraswing and the 6.25" was what I was told would be the minimum clearance needed (almost pulling teeth to get that info) no other makers of hitch mounted tire swing outs have responded, which I think would be cool specification to have.

I know pretty much any high clearance is out. So any other suggestions? Rather not go TG route and if anyone has a 4X bumper, would like confirmation.

ETA: I don't want a built in swing out, so I can take it off so I can have full use of bed/tailgate when doing work on my house. Also, the 6.25” would be for a 2010 DCSB.

Having free use of my tailgate and bed is the primary reason I will likely never get a swing out. I keep my spare in the bed or in the garage.

Brute Force Fab rear bumper swingouts are removable, and you can also purchase some caps to go over the swingout joint to cover em up for rust prevention, just a thought.

I haven't bought caps yet for mine but I went with the brute force fab rear bumper specifically for that reason. Not too sure about the distance from the hitch to tailgate though, I went with a HC model.
